About The Authors:
Murray A. Mann
is president of Global Career Strategies Group, serves on the National Resume Writers Association board of directors, acts as diversity advisor to Parachute, and is an active member of Career Masters Institute. With more than 25 years of human resources management experience, he was a founding board member of the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) and has held leadership roles with numerous Latino and other multicultural organizations.

Rose Mary Bombela-Tobias is an award-winning executive, management consultant, journalist and public speaker. She is president of the International Latino Cultural Center, served as director of the Illinois Department of Human Rights, vice president/executive director of Central States SER Jobs for Progress, president of the Chicago Chapter of the International Personnel Management Association, executive board member for The Chicago Women’s Network and the US Commission on Civil Rights Illinois Advisory Commission.
